We review our customer’s business strategy in terms of the quantifiable goals they will use to measure their progress and success, as well as any known or potential constraints. The primary objective is to make a qualified assessment of alignment between our customer’s vision and a Demandware-centric ecommerce solution.

In this stage, we work with our customers to define and document the detailed characteristics of the optimal ecommerce solution. We analyze options for defining the complete end-to-end solution, including complementary technologies, new integration and adaptation to existing back-end systems and/or processes. Our tactics include end-to-end shopping experience load testing, integration testing, legacy URL mapping and search engine optimization. While our initial objective begins with a successful launch, our ultimate strategy involves continuous product innovation and new feature deployment.
